In Zalmaniko, near the flea market in Jaffa, you will find excellent street food.
It is a small place; you sit on a small bar inside or on crates outside. The meat is taken from the butcher shop next door, and it is great.
Yehuda prepares excellent meat on the grill, and they are stuffed into pita bread with fresh salads. So good.
Every day he also prepares various cooked dishes, and one can make a plate of tastings or buy the homhome-cookede cooked dishes in a box.
