Finikoudes area is a beautiful sandy beach with palm trees and a boardwalk.
Our visit was in the middle of November - not the peak of the tourist season, and still, quite a few people enjoyed swimming in the sea and sunbathing happily on the beach.
In front of the boardwalk are open restaurants, bars, and cafes full of tourists and locals.
At the southern end of the boardwalk are the Larnaka Castle and the Mosque, and a cute little pier that allows you to go a little into the sea and watch the boardwalk from the water.
On the north of the boardwalk, there is a marina and playgrounds for children that were not operating at the time of our visit, but it seems that during the tourist season, they are active.
