This museum is housed in the last apartment of Fyodor Mikhailovich Dostoyevsky, one of the most famous authors of Russia. The writer lived here twice: in 1846 and afterward from October 1878 until he died in January 1881.
The house was reconstructed according to the memoirs of his wife. Therefore, the visitors can walk through the family residence with an audio guide. Next, you can see the study, where he wrote "The Brothers Karamazov."
In addition to the apartment, there is an exhibition about the writer's life and work.
